Winemaking: The grapes were hand-harvested, crushed, pressed and the resulting juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks at 45 Fahrenheit with the following yeast:
CY3079 – mouth-feel enhancer and pineapple aromatics
QA23 – Citrus aromatic enhancer
M1 – tropical aromatic producer
