On the palate, dark flavors of black raspberry, plum and juicy cherry mingle with traces of eucalyptus, cedar and dark chocolate mocha. The slightly chewy tannins and integrating oak provide a solid backbone for the wine. With additional bottle aging, this Cab will soften and further integrate the structure and flavors, making it even harder to set down the glass between sips.
