Notes: Inviting dark aromas of toasted oak layered with red current, cherry and ripe plum fill the glass. A smooth essence engulfs the mouth with rich Tulare cherry, California black currant, boysenberry and plum compote. Hints of dark chocolate, mocha espresso and violet weave through the fruit flavors. The cedar-spiced oak and tannin structure appears lingers on the palate.

95% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Petit Verdot, 2% Malbec

Notes: Seductive layers of aromatics fill the nose with black currant, blackberry and toasty oak. The rich, briary entry showcases flavors of deep blackberry, Sweetheart cherry and violet wrapped with traces of cedary cigar box. As the wine lingers in the finish, hints of toasted cardamom and a mineral essence appear, adding further complexity and depth. Though delicious now, this Cabernet will continue to develop and evolve with additional bottle aging.
