cherry and Black Beauty plum. A brambly quality, along with a texture
staccatoed with peppery spice, add to the untamed nature of this powerful Zin. The
well-integrated structure of oak and acidity helps keep this wild beast in
check, allowing us the pleasure of its company.

Winemaking: The grapes were hand-harvested and fermented with native yeast in stainless steel tanks. The resulting wine was aged for 18 months in French oak barrels and bottled unfined.
