Inviting yet intense aromatics of black and red raspberry
fill the nose along with traces of vanillin oak. A gentle entry reveals the
same berry essence found on the nose mingled with caramel and hints of black pepper
and savory herbs. The creamy mouthfeel is brightened by the freshness of the
fruit and spicy pepper notes. Softening tannins and integrated oak add to the
wine’s appeal and enjoyment.
Sip this beauty when serving grilled brown sugar - mustard
chicken with homemade fresh biscuits and butter, or chipotle grilled top
sirloin steak with heirloom tomatoes on the side.
