Lovely aromatics of freshly squeezed Meyer lemon mingle with
subtle traces of sliced Asian pear and a kiss of oak. The wine’s creamy texture
layers against bright acidity and toasty oak notes, exposing flavors of green
apple, Lisbon lemon custard, baked red Anjou pear with a hint of cinnamon, and
a touch of lemon zest. This perfectly balanced palate creates a wine that’s so
easy to savor, it’s amazing how soon the glass is empty.
Enjoy sipping this Chardonnay with scampi style wild-caught
Argentine red shrimp served over a bed of fresh fettuccine, or roast chicken
with lemon and garlic served with lemon risotto with fresh English peas.
