This wine reflects the superb qualities of an Alexander Valley grown Zinfandel with aromas and flavors that entice with their subtlety and refinement. The nose presents deep aromatics of red and black raspberry swirled with traces of loamy earth and brown spices. The silken entry exposes Chelan cherry, loganberry and blueberry woven with a fusion of finely ground white pepper, coffee, and spicy cedar. The supple tannins and integrated oak gently support from the background, allowing the delicious flavors to remain in the limelight.
Enjoy with a pairing of sausage and white bean cassoulet, or veal schnitzel with wild mushroom sauce.
