This Zin’s sense of refinement begins with the nuanced nose of brambly wild blackberry and cracked white pepper. As the wine opens, the palate reveals a focused beam of black raspberry and Rainer cherry, with traces of eucalyptus and peppery spices that gently coat the palate. A seamlessly integrated structure makes an understated appearance in the long finish.
It’s easy to pair this wine for it will bring out the best in many of your favorite dishes. Try it with whole roasted chicken with goat cheese and sage, or pasta with Sicilian pork and sausage ragù.
