The grapes were hand-harvested
and fermented with native yeast in open top fermenters. The resulting wine was aged for 30 months in
French oak barrels and bottled unfined.

Balanced and delicious, this Malbec offers seductive
aromatics of blue and black berries and ripe cherries with hints of violet,
fine-grained oak and cigar box. The palate is laced with undertones of bright
acidity that highlight the luscious flavors--perfectly ripened blueberry, cherry
pie à la mode and plum pudding--mingled with spicy cedar, cacao, fine leather
and savory dried herbs. The pure, focused flavors linger in the long, expansive
finish.
Enjoy a pairing of New York strip steak with a side of
sautéed onions and garlic smashed potatoes, or rack of lamb with blueberry beurre
rouge.
