Composition: 93% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Cabernet Franc & 3% Petit Verdot

Production: 50 cases

Winemaking: The grapes were hand-harvested and fermented with native yeast in open top fermenters. The resulting wine was aged for 22 months in Taransaud barrels and bottled unfined.

Recommended Cellaring: 3-15 years
