The nose offers creamy cherry and a rich spiciness woven with vanilla and mocha laced oak notes. A smooth entry quickly flows into the delicious mix of bright fruit with hints of forest floor. A touch of pomegranate and red currant join the plush dark cherry core. This well-balanced wine finishes with inviting spicy cedar emerging as the wine lingers on the palate.
Enjoy an ideal match of chicken cacciatore, or grilled flatiron steak with blue cheese butter.
